Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

    • Software, digital downloads, or electronically delivered products

    • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

    • Customized or personalized products

    • Gift cards

    • Sale/clearance items

2. Refund Process

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Please note: Your bank or payment processor may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Include the RA number clearly on your return package.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Any item not in its original condition

  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear

  • Products missing serial numbers or authentication tags

  • Opened software or digital products

6. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

7. International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for:

    • All return shipping costs

    • Any customs duties or import taxes

    • Ensuring proper documentation for customs

8. Late or Missing Refunds
